Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. NoorFinds™ is not responsible for processing delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 4–14 business days
  • International: 5–21 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including customs, weather conditions, postal strikes, or carrier overload.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. NoorFinds™ is not responsible for tracking update delays by carriers.

Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. NoorFinds™ cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Customs & Import Taxes For international deliveries, customs duties and local taxes may apply according to the destination country's legislation. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. NoorFinds™ has no control over these charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@noorfinds.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. NoorFinds™ reserves the right to request photo evidence in case of damage.

Dropshipping Notice Some products ship directly from our partner suppliers. This may mean your items arrive in separate packages if you ordered multiple products. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
