NoorFinds™ — Return and Refund Policy Last updated: April 2026
At NoorFinds™, your satisfaction is our absolute priority.
Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request. After this 30-day period, NoorFinds™ reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request without exception.
Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Item must be in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Return request must be initiated within the 30-day window
Non-Eligible Items The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or buyer negligence
- Items returned without prior authorization from our team
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items whose original packaging has been destroyed or rendered unusable
Return Process
- Email support@noorfinds.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions
- Carefully package the item and ship to the address provided by our team
- Keep your proof of shipment — NoorFinds™ is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
Important: Do not return any item without written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, EXCEPT in the following cases:
- Defective item received
- Wrong item received
- Item damaged during transit
In these exceptional cases, NoorFinds™ will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. NoorFinds™ is not responsible for delays imposed by banks or card issuers. Partial refunds may be granted for items showing signs of use or missing packaging.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For a different color or product, return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, before shipment. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Non-Delivered Packages If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. After this period, NoorFinds™ cannot be held responsible.
